AIDS Resource Center Clients in
meeting basic nutritional needs. The
purpose is to support a dietary goal of approximately 3,500 calories per day.

GUIDELINES:

You
may access the Nutrition Center once per week during normal hours of
operation.

You
must present your Client Services ID card at every visit.

You
must present food to the checker so that proper limits can be observed.

You
may send a designated shopper to access the Nutrition Center on your
behalf. The
designated shopper must show your Client Services ID Card and proof of
identification. In addition,
they must be named on your Client Services Consent Form or have a note
from you.

Changing
dietary needs may be discussed with the Client Liaison.
