CLIENT SERVICES
Resource Center Dallas provides Dental, Medical Case Management, Food Pantry, Hot Lunch and Insurance Assistance services to people living with HIV/AIDS who are eligible for those services through federal legislation referred to generally as Ryan White funding. No fees are charged for these services. RCD services are provided regardless of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability, political affiliation, or sexual orientation.
In order to establish eligibility for RCD services, the following will be needed by Client Services:
- A referral from one of these case management agencies: AIDS Arms, Parkland Health and Hospital System, AIDS Services of Dallas, Bryan's House, Welcome House, or Health Services of North Texas.
- Proof of HIV+ diagnosis -- such as lab reports or a signed statement from a healthcare provider.
- Proof of Income below 300% of the federal poverty level -- such as Social Security award letters, tax returns or paycheck stubs.
- Proof of Residency in Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Henderson, Hunt, Kaufman, Rockwall, Navarro, Grayson, Fannin or Cooke counties – can be a valid driver’s license, lease or mortgage papers, utility bill or mail postmarked within the previous 30 days.
- Picture ID – can be driver’s license, bank card, Dart card, etc.
We can not accept clients by self-referral.
Client Services is open to new clients on a walk-in basis 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Clients may renew their client cards during the same hours Monday though Thursday.
No appointments are necessary.
