“Healthy Relationships” Workshop

What are we covering: Explore how to build or restore intimate relationships, improve communication, and develop effective and intentional relationships with others.

Who should attend? Adult singles or couples, who…
• want to enrich a healthy relationship
• are beginning a relationship that you want to keep
• are in a difficult relationship and you want to resolve long standing conflicts
• are nearing a breakup and want to decide if the relationship can be saved
• have a history for serial relationships and want to stop the cycle 

• Enhance your Communication: July 31, 6:30-8pm
This workshop will evaluate various communication styles within a variety of relationships. Skills will be presented for direct and thoughtful communication.
